How much does Vokso cost?▾
Plans start at €19/location/month (Starter, annual). We have 4 plans and a free 14-day trial. You pay per location, so 3 locations cost 3× the per-location price. See pricing for details.
What accounts does Vokso support?▾
Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business). In V1 we focus on Google. We're working on integrations with other platforms.
How long does setup take?▾
5-10 minutes. Connect Google Business Profile, fill in your brand profile (or let AI auto-fill from your website), and you're done. Existing reviews are imported automatically.
Does the AI generate robotic replies?▾
No. We use Claude Sonnet and give it full context: how you talk to customers, words you prefer, what to avoid, what's specific to your industry. Replies sound like you.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes, anytime from the dashboard, no calls needed. Cancellation stops the next invoice; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
How is data protected?▾
OAuth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted. Hosted on Vercel (Frankfurt), DB on Neon (Frankfurt). GDPR compliant. You can request export or full deletion anytime.
Is it only for restaurants?▾
No. Works for any business with Google Business Profile: clinics, salons, stores, auto service, hotels, plus more. You set the industry and AI gets the right context.
What happens with negative reviews?▾
You get an email instantly when a review comes in below your threshold (default 3 stars). The AI reply waits for your manual approval; never auto-published. You have full control.
