01Does the 14-day trial require a credit card?
Yes. The card is required at signup so service continues seamlessly after the trial. It is NOT charged during the trial. You'll get email reminders 3 days and 1 day before the first payment. Cancel anytime in the trial from /settings/billing and you won't pay anything. Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation.
02How is per-location pricing calculated?
The displayed price is per Google Business Profile location per month. Pro and Business have a billed minimum (3 for Pro, 10 for Business); above that, you add or remove locations anytime with automatic proration.
03Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime from /settings/billing. Upgrades are instant; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
04Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from /settings/billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to cancelled (read-only, no AI actions).
05What happens to my locations if I drop below the plan minimum?
None are deleted. You just can't add new ones above the limit. We'll reach out if you want to stay on a plan or move to a higher tier.
06Do I pay in EUR or USD?
Payments are processed in EUR through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy handles VAT in the EU and global tax. You receive an invoice compatible with EU/UK accounting.
07Discounts for non-profits or early-stage startups?
Case-by-case for verified non-profits. For startups in their first 12 months we offer a 30% first-year discount. Email hello@vokso.io.
